If I had to pick one salt to consume, it would be Himalayan Pink Salt or Celtic Sea Salt.
As far as how much salt you need, I think between 1-2 teaspoons.
The more water you consume, the more you exercise and sweat, the more salt you can and should take.
And those on a very low carbohydrate diet or keto or carnivore diet should consume extra salt as well.
Keep an eye on all the packaged foods and condiments you each which have lots of hidden salts, which is the main problem.

How often you urinate is a very important sign of your overall health. And it begins in infancy and continues throughout your life.
On average, most people pee 6-7 times during a 24-hour period. And between 4-10x daily is considered healthy.
I’m Peeing More Often
What are the potential causes of peeing more often?
- Blood Sugar Problems
- If you have Sickle Cell Anemia
- Urinary tract Infection (UTI)
- Benign Prostate Enlargement (BPH) in men
Certain drugs will act as diuretics and cause you to pee more often.
- Caffeine is one - coffee, tea, sodas, energy drinks

I’m Not Peeing Very Often
